I am a Multidisciplinary Painter and Sculptor living and working in Toronto. For as long as I can remember I have been painting or drawing. Even as I pursued careers first in Healthcare and then in Medical Sales, art was always part of my life and routine.

Today, I am happy to be able to follow my passion full-time where my main focus is Abstract Expressionist painting. I would say that I have been most inspired by by the works of Franz Kline, Robert Motherwell, and Pierre Soulages as well as those of Joan Mitchell. It is the immediacy of gestural painting that excites me. My practice consists of several collections as I work in many different styles.
I also have a secondary practice in interpreting the human form for which I was academically trained. I spent many years creating commissioned portraits and most recently I have fallen in love with figurative sculpting.

Art has been good to me! Over the last 20 years, I have been fortunate to exhibit my work in solo and group shows within Canada and internationally. Featured on several occasions in American Art Collector magazine since 2009, my work is found in private and public collections in Canada, the USA, and Europe.
